We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at info@jeioptics.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@jeioptics.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items are non‑returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Prescription glasses

  • Special orders

  • Sale items

  • Items purchased with special discounts

  • Gift cards

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store gift card worth 120% of the refunded amount.

Gift cards issued as refunds:

  • Do not expire

  • Can be used toward any in‑store or online purchase
