Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times vary by product type:

Frames (including non-prescription blue light filtering lenses): 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Non-prescription Sunglasses: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Frames with prescription lenses and contact lenses: up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Available shipping options:

Canada Post Expedited Parcel: 1–7 business days

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within 30 km of our store location.

Deliveries are made during business hours, Sunday to Friday

Customers will be contacted via text message on the day of delivery using the phone number provided at checkout
In‑Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our store location.

Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days after purchase

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup
Pickup hours:

Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the United States.

Duties, Taxes & Fees
Our products are typically valued below the U.S. de minimis threshold of USD 800 and are usually delivered without duties. However, international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), customs fees, or courier processing fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Jei & Co. Optics is not responsible for any customs-related charges, delays, or refusals. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs office for estimated duties and taxes before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 2 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jeioptics.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
